Here at Oikosofy we want to serve the Agile community. That’s why we started the Scrum Master Toolbox Podcast, a daily podcast for Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and Team members. 

Since our Mission here at Oikosofy is to help you change your place of work and benefit from Agile, I kept asking myself the following questions:

• How can I bring people closer together on issues related to Agile so they can discuss and collaborate on projects together? Collaboration is the core of Agile, after all.

Yes I am a host of a very successful podcast but that is mostly a one way communication. I want more interaction and to give you the place, space and opportunity to give back to our community.

I’ve been discussing this with my team for the last 6 months and this is what we created together:
